You’re invited to join Molina’s Cantina for a special sit-down meal to celebrate and explore the 75-year history of Houston’s oldest family-owned and -operated Tex-Mex restaurant. The Molina family would like to share with you a bit of their heritage through tastings and stories of original dishes that have been on the menu since 1941, as well as signature menu items named after beloved staff and customers. Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, we’ll learn about the evolution of Tex-Mex, from spaghetti con carne to the invention of fajitas to how margaritas became a cantina staple.
